Let your conference attendees schedule their meetings on-line

Magic Mixer is specially developed for large conferences with many participants. It will import the participant list from your own system, and send an invitation email to the participants. An easy guide will then lead the participants through the scheduling process, and will send a confirmation to all parties when the schedule is final.

Invite people to choose an available time-slot online. You can limit the number of slots and duration to suit your needs. Magic Mixer will then ensure people only choose slots that are available.

This new system was used with success at Vestnorden Travel Mart 2011 and MID Atlantic 2012, and ensured that all the participants had a matching schedule with a very small effort.
